Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to court records, while also limiting access to records made confidential by law. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and certified marriage copies at the Government Center. The Sheriff manages jail, warrant, arrest, and public-safety records.
