Missouri's trial court of general jurisdiction is the Circuit Court. Boone County is part of the 13th Judicial Circuit with Callaway County, and the Boone County Circuit Court handles local trial-court records through several divisions rather than through a separate district court. Circuit Court vs Municipal Court

Boone County Case Movement

The federal court has its own entry rules, ID requirements, and case systems, so a federal search does not replace Boone County Circuit Court records.
Boone County Circuit Divisions
Circuit divisions handle felony criminal matters, major civil cases, domestic cases, and assigned proceedings.
